The Old Log Church is hosting its Annual General Meeting, October 20th, 2020 at 7pm. It will take place at the OLCM on Elliott Street, Whitehorse, Yukon. Three Special Resolutions will be passed as well as New Bylaws*.
The following Special Resolutions will be presented at the AGM:
‘Be it resolved that the Yukon Church Heritage Society requests an exemption from the Registrar of Societies to waive the requirements of a financial review by a professional accountant for the fiscal year ending on March 31, 2020.’
‘Be it resolved that the Yukon Church Heritage Society requests an exemption from the Registrar of Societies to waive the requirements of a financial review by a professional accountant for the fiscal year ending on March 31, 2021.’
‘Be it resolved that the Yukon Church Heritage Society requests the approval by the Registrar of Societies to approve the Yukon Church Heritage Society BYLAWS*, as adopted at the Annual General Meeting on October 20, 2020.’
